- You agree that the doctor may discontinue the online consultation and recommend a physical visit if the case requires it.
- Prescriptions issued online will be in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Board of Governors (BoG) in supersession of the Medical Council of India (MCI).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nidaan Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
